Purchased Luxury vinyl Coretec flooring from Tony at Carpet One. When the contractor put the flooring in he was very careful. When he slightly moved the refrigerator straight on this flooring it made quite an indentation. We took pictures sent them to Tony right away he said he would contact the distributor and get back to us. 5 pieces ruined the contractor had to replace them. 2 weeks went by no call from Tony in Latham. Another week we stopped Tony was not there another gentleman said he would tell Tony to call. And yet another week still no call from Tony. Terrible to do business with. I am buying flooring for two more rooms and I will not be purchasing anymore from Carpet One because of Tony.
