Carpet One Brazos Valley Floor

After a phone conversation with with an older gentleman at this store, I can assure you, I will never ever buy anything from this business. He was very rude, and Told me that I was looking for something cheap, and we don’t do cheap at this store then hung up the phone. I called him back because Couldn’t believe he hung up on me. I have Built many homes and just needed a small piece of carpet for a temporary situation. It was Noon on Saturday, and i was in a pinch for cash and carry carpet. Needless to say, I called the wrong store. I have a few hundred close Friends because of my business relationships in the area. I just hope some of them and their families can benefit from my negative experience here.

Beverly was so helpful in our decision process. Steve and Zack were master technicians in the installation process. Thanks to all of you for a beautiful floor. I would not hesitate to recommend Brazos Valley Floors to anyone in need of a new floor.

Very strange experience. The owner came to measure my floor for new carpet but she did not seem to be very interested in selling to us. Not very friendly and I hope I'm wrong, but I wonder if her "aloof" attitude had anything to do with the fact that I am Black. Perhaps she did not think I would have the funds to pay for her services....she was wrong! My husband even noticed that she was not very personable and we decided to spend our money elsewhere. Too bad, though

Fantastic service from start to installation! Our floors look great and we’ll definitely be returning to them to complete the rest of our home!!
