I would highly recommend Carpet One in Albany, NY on Wolf Rd. The products we’ve purchased, and they have installed, are beautiful and the installation was excellent. Sales staff spent a great deal of time helping us with our selections. Fast forward. Today I consulted Jeremiah regarding a recent water leak that stained the basement carpet Carpet One installed a few years back. Jeremiah was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and we discussed my options. He recommended I first try cleaning the carpet before attempting to replace the damaged area with remnants. If cleaning was unsuccessful, then we could look at the alternatives-namely piecing. He emphasized they were there to help. We had an engineered hardwood floor installed one year ago. Laura Cardinal was the salesperson we dealt with and she was great! Answered all of our questions and pointed us towards the best products for our particular project. The installers were also excellent. One year later the floor still looks brand new and we are very happy!

Carpet One & Home has been a Godsend in repairing/replacing my kitchen floor. Greg T. was a great help through my decision process in selecting the new floor for my condo.
