My experience with Ronnie and Megan (and actually all their employees) was great from start to finish. They were so helpful from the very beginning when they assessed the damage to my old floor and provided paths we could take based on what the insurance adjuster may say. In store, my interactions with the front desk and getting my floor picked out were great. When my wife and I couldn’t decide which style we liked best, Ronnie even let us take a different styles home to see what we would like in our house. Installation was great as well and we love the look! The installation guys were good at their job and very friendly and the process only took a few days (we redid most of our house). Sales personnel were very helpful, and sent me the estimate quickly and scheduled me fast. She even stayed a little bit longer even though she had to go pick up her kid, and even let me take a couple of samples home.. She was awesome. But the install took a bit to long.Don't get me wrong, the product is extremely nice once it is down, and the quality of work is excellent, but if you want it done in accordance to a set time schedule this may not be the right place for you. Other than that I was pleased.

I am very satisfied with the customer service provided by this company. The contractors and the staff at Carper One Floor and Home at Comanche Home Center were very nice and excelled in customer service. The project turned out beautiful and my wife and I love it. Megan helped us select our products as well as selecting a great bunch of guy's to complete the project, well pleased with everything, would definately recommend them.
