Thanks Phil for resolving defect issue with the manufacturer, though bad timing during holiday season in order to have it replaced. The crew member Tim and Jesus also completed the task with high quality. Very much impressed by their skills on optimally cutting large pieces of carpet to fit nicely into some regularly shaped rooms in our home.

We started at a major home improvement store and felt like we were not taken seriously or valued. A local contractor who had worked with Phil at Carpet One and referred us and we are so pleased he had. The same day I went into their store, Phil was able to come to our home, take measurements and the following day had an estimate ready and very competitive. Phil worked with us and I will never go back to those box stores again for what this local business can do and if anyone needs carpet and flooring call Phil at Carpet One!

This was my third floor and now that it is done it will be my last Phil and his crew Jeff, Tim and Jesus were quit simply the best! Floors look fantastic and the caring and professionalism that they brought to the table was top of the line! I would tell everyone I know to go to carpet one in Concord ask for phil and get it done right the first time!

We were doing a last minute project and Phil took the time to educate us on the different styles and quality of carpet that fit into our budget. We visited the showroom a couple times, picked out the carpet we liked and scheduled the install. Very easy and smooth process for us. We will be doing our next flooring project with Phil and highly recommend Carpet One in Concord!
