Had new sheet vinyl floor installed in my bathroom last Fall. Install went really well. Finished floor looked great. Only thing I would suggest to management is train staff to smile and be friendlier. Especially when a customer walks into the store. They didn't seem too enthused to help me with my questions about the purchase and the payment I was dropping off to the salesman. Always, immediately greet your customers. Be friendly. Always do a followup after the install to make sure your customer is satisfied. Never heard from anyone after the job was complete.

This place is amazing; Sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom is also best in town hands down with exceptional quality products. They for sure have something for everyone. A true one stop shop for carpet and hard surface. Highly recommend and will use their services again in the future.

Terrible company. My elderly parents ordered new flooring and when the installers showed up they told my parents the flooring that Carpet One recommended and ordered after coming to their home and giving an estimate, would not work. When my parents tried to return the flooring they were told by Carpet One they would have to pay a re-stocking fee of over 3 thousand dollars. To return the flooring that Carpet One first recommended and then said wouldn't work! My 76 year old father then had to tear out flooring, completely re-do his kitchen himself, hire another contractor, and almost 2 years later they still aren't finished with the project. We recently purchased luxury vinyl plank for our dining room, kitchen, living room, guest bath, hall, foyer and laundry room. Sam, our salesman, did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. An unfortunate mistake by the manufacturer led to a few bumps in the road on installation day, but thanks to Sam, the manager, the owner and ultimately Mohawk, the mistake was corrected in a super timely and fair manner.
