Highly, highly, highly recommend this place and especially Dalton. I shopped the store looking for carpet for my closet. It was a small job, expensive and most places didn’t follow up with me or send me estimates. Dalton followed up, made suggestions, checked with manufacturers for alternative options that might be more affordable. I didn’t initially make a decision, but came back 6 months later and Dalton got my business. He took care of all the details and gave me a realistic timeframe to get the carpet installed right before Christmas. I was very happy with the carpet and installation. I want to update my previous review based on our recent experience with the new ownership. Our original experience with the prior staff was extremely frustrating. We were sold carpet with a pet stain warranty, but when we attempted to file a claim, it turned into years of back-and-forth with no resolution. We were repeatedly asked for photos, received little to no follow-up, and were even told, “we’ve never had anyone make a warranty claim,” which did not inspire confidence. Early on, the installation itself was also problematic—the wrong carpet was installed in the wrong rooms, and it took multiple visits and verification before it was finally corrected.
