Carpet One Floor & Home

Went into the store yesterday to look at carpet. While we were there for approx 25 , one worker was helping a customer ( never acknowledged us ) lady at desk came out from back and sat down ( was eating and answered phone and never acknowledged us either) so, after being in there all this time I looked at my hubby , we walked out the door and then that's when the lady wanted to ask us if we had any questions... I told her all I wanted was to be a acknowledged and u would have had a sale We bought carpet from here 9 years ao and was very pleased... We ended up going to.Lowes yesterday and did our purchase ... all bc we were not acknowledged... 😚 and they were having a good sale too !!!

My husband and I are building a new home in Belmont. Our contractor put us in touch with Amy at Carpet One to make flooring selections. Don't let the rather basic appearance of the store front fool you. This place is a little diamond! Amy worked tirelessly to find us unique and beautiful tiles and amazing hardwood floors. And their prices are much better than the fancy tile showrooms in Charlotte. Their installation teams do fantastic work - and I'm pretty picky. I think the true measure of how good a business is becomes apparent when there is a problem. One of the tile suppliers unexpectedly changed the appearance of their product. The owner and staff at Carpet One immediately acknowledged the problem and set about to find us a comparable alternative. They came up with something

I was trying to locate some floorboards. I called Carpet One and Amy was immediately very friendly and helpful, asking for photos of the floorboard and measurements so she could look around. She shared the info with her network. To be thorough she asked to see a piece of the flooring so I popped in. Amy has been in business for a long time as her experience and expertise were clearly evident. Amy was happy to discuss options if we did not find the originals and she came up with some fantastic ideas! Professional service, great products and ideas! Thank you.

Carpet One installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet in our basement and we had a great experience. Super nice people and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Prices also very reasonable, and they have a great showroom. Highly recommend!
