Carpet One Floor & Home

From start to finish, working with Leslie at Carpet One was so easy. We had a dishwasher leak that led to ruined hardwood floors in our kitchen. Since we were refinishing the hardwoods and going through all of the effort, we decided to redo all of the flooring downstairs. Leslie helped us pick out what was best for our needs and within our budget. I cannot say enough positive things about the installers. Angel and his crew with the hardwoods were able to match the stain for new hardwoods to 20 year old hardwoods. We didn't know which stain would work best and he made us a sample square to ensure we would be happy. He communicated with us through the whole project as we were not at home. It's been almost one year since my flooring issues with carpet one. I am giving them two stars because at least they FINALLY installed the floors. Beginning last Oct I picked out flooring (Mohawk LVP) and had it installed a week later. Before install I had my concrete slab sealed by them too. They got the product all over my walls and even on the floor itself. They said it washes off. It does not. The flooring I picked out was installed ok even though the team of men cut the floors INSIDE my home creating a mess, was not picked up. I didn't get too upset because the house at the time was vacant. I wanted all my floors installed before we moved in. Once installed about a week later the floor started bubbling. The actual LVP bubbled. Not an install issue but some weird defect. We had to move

We recently had a new backsplash installed and the installation team did an AMAZING job! So professional and neat. Great guys. We love our new look. Just have to find outlet covers now.
