Carpet One Floor & Home

We purchased a home that had premium laminate and we wanted to extend the flooring into the bedrooms. The seller had used Carpet One Orange Park so I called to see if there was still some in stock. Loryn helped me from the beginning, addressed any concerns, kept a communication line open and made sure the new installed flooring was indistinguishable from the older flooring. They did a remarkable job and the costs were very reasonable. After the installation, she reached out to me to make sure we were happy. We were thrilled and still are.

Excellent service and workmanship. Loryn was great in showing me options and scheduling me right away over the phone even though I wasn’t in town. Three bedrooms had their carpet replaced at my rental property.

Carpet 1 was the first place I went to try to find the perfect remnant for my master closet re-do. I immediately found THE perfect one, right color, right size AND right price!! I did my due diligence and checked out two other places, but nobody had anything close. My husband was surprised that I didn’t get it on the spot (I waited till the next day) but we are both thrilled with the results!

Had 1 room carpet replaced. Loryn Sweat with Carpet One was very helpful & was able to locate a remnant of what we wanted to save us money. It looks great. The installers were friendly as well. Happy with our carpet.
