I had LVT flooring installed in kitchen and carpet replaced in den. Products were purchased at Carpet One and they use their own installers. I worked with Sales Associate Sharon Shealy. Every step of this process was excellent all the way through the installation. I highly recommend Carpet One for any of your flooring needs.

After a major home repair due to a plumbing flood, I chose Carpet One to install the LVP flooring and couldn't be happier with the result. Steve Scott was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He helped narrow down the myriad LVP choices to a great option that I could afford, and advised on a metalized underlay that was missing on my previous floor. Once it came time for the install, a two-man crew (Simba and Zoit) arrived on time and finished the job in under 6 hours. They were friendly and thorough - taking care to do the door threshold and quarter-round details properly. The result is beautiful floor! It was an all-around great experience with Carpet One.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our $22,000+ experience with Carpet One has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. What was promised as a professional, high-quality installation turned into a complete disaster—rude workers, poor craftsmanship, and an endless list of unresolved issues. We went with their recommendation to install LVP over our hardwoods. The crew that showed up was beyond unprofessional—loud, vulgar, and disrespectful. One worker repeatedly used profanity inside our home, and when I asked him to stop, he told me, "Yes, I talk like this in clients’ homes." Another loudly insulted the condition of our carpet, calling us "filthy." Completely out of line and unacceptable. It didn’t stop there. They nailed trim to our garage door without even checking if it would
