Carpet Plus

We've worked with Carpet Plus several times over the years, always with great results. Most recently we replaced much of the carpet in our house. They were very helpful and professional, helping us select just the right product. The installers came when scheduled and did a great job. Overall, we highly recommend Carpet Plus.

We’ve hired Carpet Plus twice now and had an excellent experience both times. 1st time: Carpet install in our newly remodeled loft. Working with the sales team was easy and the installation crew did a quality job. 2nd time: LVP install on our kitchen floor. Once again the sales team was great to work with—specifically Brian Shelton. He made great recommendations and found a quality LVP that fit our budget. There was a bit of a mishap the day of the install. The crew arrived but then left after saying they had nowhere to park due to snow / ice. I called Carpet Plus and they quickly rescheduled for the next day. Another crew came and did a wonderful job. Very happy with both experiences. We plan on hiring them for all our future flooring needs.

Truly fantastic experience from start to finish! Stacey was a pleasure to work with; so nice and super knowledgeable!! We had a stair runner installed, which required a 90 deg turn. The installers did a wonderful job and we are extremely pleased with the result! Highly recommend!!
