Terrible experience with this company. I contacted one company, but a completely different company with another name showed up at my house without ever informing me. When I called the supervisor, Leo, he told me they had run out of technicians the day before and, instead of canceling my appointment, they decided to send this “phantom” company without my knowledge or consent — and of course, without delivering a proper service. They gave me an initial price and then charged much more, claiming we made them wait — which is completely false since they had access to the house as soon as they arrived. The service lasted less than 10 minutes and they didn’t actually clean anything: they only used a vacuum without water or cleaning products, which is absurd since every carpet cleaning service I’
