Zach was professional and friendly and did great work. Attention to detail was the mark of excellence. They steam cleaned 2 sofas and 2 area rugs, and the job was reasonably priced. I will definitely use Carpet Pro Cleaners again!

We had a great experience with this carpet cleaning service from start to finish. Communication was excellent — they clearly let us know when they were on the way and arrived during their arrival window, which I really appreciated since this is a rental property so I had to coordinate coming out there. Wesley was especially great to work with. He took the time to walk us through what would be done, explained the process clearly. The technicians arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning my carpets including removing pet stains in a few places. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Carpet Pro Cleaners were great to work with. Booking the appointment online was easy and their website is very informative. They communicated well before arrival and Wesley and Keegan did a great job on my carpets. They got out a stain that I worried would not come out. They also trimmed some spots my cat had pulled and made the carpet look brand new again. The carpets smelled really fresh too. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

The team at Carpet Pro Cleaners is great, from everybody who works in customer service to the cleaning techs. Zach and Sterling took care of our carpet and rug cleaning, and were very courteous and informative about the process from start to finish.
