I figured I could purchase a simple carpet remnant to do my son’s small bedroom. I picked a piece that didn’t have a price and went to ask cost. I purchased this piece for around $400. The remnant was sold as a 12x15. I got in home and was going to have my installers put the additional yardage on my stairs. Much to my surprise, my installers only had 12x13 to work with. They made it work in the room, but there was no chance for the stairs. When I called, I talked to the lady who sold me the piece. At first when I told her the issue, she told me she sold this to me at a “discount”? Okay, well, it’s missing a bunch, no matter how you priced it. We had a great experience and really enjoyed working with the team from first walking in the door of the store right through final installation. We got a great deal on all brand new carpet in our home that we were preparing to sell, got great compliments from potential buyers throughout that process, and we're getting ready to call them up for help at the new house we just moved into. Don't even think about going to Lowes or Home Depot...we almost made that mistake assuming that they would be the cheapest deal for a house we were trying to sell. We wound up with a far superior product, professional installation, and saved thousands of $$$ in the process. Can't wait to see what solutions they have for our new place!

They came highly recommended by my father in law so we were excited to work with them. Wife scheduled them to come out and measure/quote after going in and selecting carpet. They didn’t show up and didn’t bother calling us. Wife called to ask what happened and they ended up telling us they would come the next day. Again they didn’t show up. We didn’t bother calling back again. Quite disappointing because we planned on moving forward with them. We’ll take our business somewhere that wants it.
