We wrapped up New Years day with a loss of power. No heat, no water, and our brand new hot tub at risk of freezing. We called several electricians the next morning (Sunday) but Ron was the only one to call back. He walked us through some trouble-shooting, knew what the problem was, went and got parts and came over to fix it. We are living in a time when companies are taking full advantage of the terrible state our Country and economy are in and gouging prices. We had a true emergencey on a holiday weekend, Ron could have easily done the same but didnt. He is a true example of a good person and high quality business. Ron rewired half of our house to replace all of the old knob and tube wiring. He replaced eight ceiling light fixtures and rewired about two dozen outlets and lights. He did this without cutting hardly any holes in our drywall, minimizing patches. Instead of cutting numerous holes, he took the extra time and trouble to fish new wires from the basement and attic (which had 16" of blown insulation that he had to wade through.) When he had to do extra work, he communicated the need and the cost ahead of time. He immediately came and finished up one outdoor outlet that he had missed. He cleaned up after himself and did no unnecessary damage. All throughout, Ron was pleasant and cheerful and described everything he was planning to do in detail.
