We called upon the services of Carpet Restoration Company to scrub and clean the hard floor surfaces in our home. They were very professional as well as informative and personable. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They did an excellent job on our floors and we are extremely happy with their performance. We will be utilizing their services again in the future.

Absolutely 💯 great!! I did my homework prior to hire! I called many other carpet companies in chico ...decided this was the one for me. Upon calling, I was greeted with a friendly voice and was able to set an appointment for a consult. Excellent service. They came to my home prior & assessed carpet both downstairs and upstairs. We then set up our time for cleaning. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly. And these guys work very hard to make sure your carpet looks excellent!!! Before calling anyone else, be sure to call these guys Carpet Restoration...you won't need to look any further. I will continue doing business with them in the future.

The repair was a little complicated, but the overall experience was disappointing. The technician was indecisive, spent a lot of time without making clear progress, and charged double the quoted price. I clearly communicated a $300 limit (which exceeded the quote) and a hard stop for childcare pickup, but both were disregarded. I had to ask a neighbor to step in so the work could be finished. All that being said, I knew the repair might not completely fix the damage, but given the overall experience, it wasn’t worth it.

It’s not often that I feel compelled to write a glowing review, but here it is. Our carpet looks almost new, the two chairs they cleaned are better than new (if that’s possible). We have had our carpet cleaned by other companies, but have never been happier doing business with anyone else. The crew was right on time, professional and did a fantastic job. They explained the entire process and delivered great results for a great value. Carpet Restoration Co. is our new ‘go to’ company.
