I had an emergency carpet clean at one of our properties and Alan was available within 30 minutes. He then sent me pictures of the before and after of the carpet clean. Communication always open, transparent. Quick and efficient service. This was my second time using Alan's services and it will not be the last.

Alan came within 24 hrs of me calling! He re vented my dryer vent! It detached from the attic ceiling going outside! He also cleaned my dryer vent and he re coiled the vent. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and made me feel at ease knowing that I will not have a fire with the dryer! Definitely will use him in future! Highly recommend!!!!
