Vicki and her team provided fully support, quality and timely installation, and I'm very happy with my new floors. I highly recommend Carpet Service Outlet! My experience was terrific from having Vicki come out to talk about options, perusing and borrowing samples in the store, quote was accurate with reasonable pricing, and installation occurred on schedule and on time. Would be happy to work with Carpet Service Outlet again!

Excellent customer service from owner Vicki Shepard as we selected carpet and laminate flooring. The laminate installers, Tim & Willie, did a top-notch job, taking pride in their craft, working hard, and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The Hector Flooring installers were outstanding as well. I highly recommend Carpet Service Outlet. They are a well-established family business and a joy to do business with.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the floor installers and care to do a good job. I did not like the piece that was apparently glued on the edge of the basement stair. It moves around and you can see dirt buildup on the glue. I love the carpet. I have one complaint with the installation on the stairs. They show the hardwood on each of the sides, which is expected, but all the carpet down the middle(runner) are not always straight on the edges and not all the same size. I wanted to get this fixed so it looked better.

I used this firm when I built an insurance office in 1989. The result was great as she located small lots of carpet tiles at half the price of normal. I am in process of selling my home and contacted Vicky at suggestion of realtor. Again this was a great idea as she suggested ceramic tile instead of vinyl and arranged for wonderful installation. we could not be more pleased. The carpet for rest of house is not even installed and yet we have an interested buyer. Her ideas and products are great and affordable.

Be very careful with Carpet Service Outlet. It was the worst carpet installation I've ever had. They will NOT stand behind their bad installation! You will call and call and call and Vickie will not return your calls. When you finally get her she wont stand behind her installers and product. I would recommend going to Lowe's. They at least stand behind their products and installers.
