Our sales rep Colin was fantastic—his communication was top-notch, and he made sure we were always informed throughout the project. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, and Colin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. I selected this company to replace our floors after water damage based on my initial interaction with Fred, the district manager. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect flooring match. Unfortunately, after the measurements were taken and my deposit was paid, the level of communication and customer service declined significantly. Updates were only provided when I reached out first -- there were no proactive calls, emails, or messages throughout the process. While everyone I interacted with was courteous, the lack of follow-through and communication created unnecessary frustration. On delivery day, no time window was provided. We are very pleased with our new Mohawk flooring in our kitchen. The installers we very respectful of our house and did the job perfectly. Colin at the store is very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting the customer with the many choices of flooring. Will definitely be using them again for the next upgrade.

I changed all the flooring in my home to Deacon Laminate. Brian was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. The results are beautiful and the cost was quite reasonable!
