I just completed a 10 building condo hallway project using Carpet Trends. The attention to detail, knowledgeable advice, patience and extremely good pricing on excellent carpeting were beyond my expectations. Gene Hopkins took so much time to make sure my project was perfect in every aspect. He was with me every step of the way. His installer Marco and team did an amazing job. Carpets are a commodity and you can likely purchase and install from anywhere. However, the level of service from Carpet Trends is unique and this is why you keep coming back! From Thomas in sales, to Tyler, to Miguel and the installers, each of them approached my small job with such professionalism and efficiency! It was truly a pleasure in every way. They are amazing communicators and even better craftsmen! They cut an odd size around my fireplace beautifully, surged it and I was blown away by their courteous manner and stellar work. I’d give 6 stars if that was an option.

Another wonderful experience working with the team at Carpet Trends. Thomas is a dream to work with and his install team always do a perfect, and clean job. To date they have installed wood flooring, wall to wall, runners and now a custom area rug. Each is high quality, fairly priced and beautiful. Can’t recommend them enough. Fabulous local business.

Carpet Trends is a great store! Every one who works there is friendly and helpful. The selection of carpets is enormous. The best part for us has been working with Denise. Denise knows every sample in the store and she really picks up on your style and your needs and your price point. With a store as big as this that is exactly what you need- a carpet matchmaker. Also the installer that was sent to install the carpet was amazing - Denise made sure that the best installer came and his decisions made a huge difference. This last weekend we went back and bought a bedroom carpet with Denise - and again - we were delighted !!! Pictures to follow!
