Great quick service. Very honest assessment of why my door wasn't closing properly. And fast repair. Very fair price also.

Our double-garage door had become very temperamental until one day it just stopped and wouldn't close. Ridge Door sent Keller out that very day. He explained what was going wrong, including how to close the garage door manually (you needed to release it, which I had, but then to pull it down). I then asked him about the weather-stripping that keeps getting torn. He explained why that was. I asked him if Ridge Door could repair it so that it doesn't get torn. He explained that our door is not a standard size, so there would be a short delay. Two weeks later, he replaced the bottom rubber, installed the weather-stripping and serviced the door, including fixing the wiring. It looks and sounds great now. Thank you, Keller.
