Working with John and carpet unlimited was great. Their pricing was very competitive. John kept us informed through the whole process. We were pleased with the work they did!

We are very happy with our new floors and our installers, Jake did our vinyl planks and another Jake layed the carpet. They are both very Knowledgeable and did first class work. John from the store did a awesome job of ordering and was a big help and very Knowledgeable with getting us the right product. We will Definitely be coming back for future Purchases. We purchased flooring this past summer from John. We love the flooring but we’re told to buy extra. We had 7 boxes extra and asked to return 6. He returned them then reached out to come get our check. What a joke he paid us maybe 1/3 of what we paid and charged us 70.00 per box return fee. If that would have been communicated up front we would have never returned it.

Very happy with the carpet these guys put in for us. We had them replace the carpet on our 2nd story, and the steps going up. On the ground level some LVP installed in the foyer and hallway, which was an angle, so we didn’t know how the transition would go. Turned out beautiful. The communication was easy, and they were quick to get the job done. I highly recommend these guys.
