We had bats in our attic and contacted a couple different companies. Dale came out the next day, plugged a few gaps and set up a one way door and then sealed that off after 4 days. Our bills was less than 1/2 of the quote we got from another company and Dale provided friendly, prompt service along with a 1 year warranty. If any more bats show up he will get rid of them for free. What more can you ask for? Great service and a reasonable price.

This company recently purchased East Central Exterminators. Dale and his family always provided excellent honest service, no written contracts reqired, a handshake as good as his word. Adam's took over, their business plan appears to be to provide unauthorized treatments and then dare you not to pay them. They gave me a "courtesy" call saying they were coming, then billed me for the treatment. When I objected that I never authorized the treatment, I was told I was signed up for annual spider treatment (not true) and they called. We have used this company twice now with amazing results! We always have an issue with Asian beetles and hornets in the Spring and fall, they have all been dying outside this fall instead of making it inside for the winter! It is life changing!
