When shopping for flooring I had no idea what I needed. Thurman was so great, knowledgeable and worked very well with me. He provided me with the name of a gentleman to install the floor, Mike Wilcox. Mike called that same Saturday, came out, looked around and gave me a very fair price to get this completed. I am beyond happy as to how this turned out and even happier I chose Carpet Vaules for the flooring. My sincere appreciation and gratitude extended to both Thurman and Mike. Carpet Values is truly amazing!! 8 years ago we used them when doing an addition to our house and 8 years later our carpet is still in amazing condition. We needed to redo just our bedroom closet (we recently just lost our 21 year old cat who on occasion her old hip couldn't make the litter box). Carpet values exceeds all expectations in value, selection and especially customer service. If you want to buy local from a local own and run company while getting the best advice and experience you have to choose them!!

Mike was super helpful and informative and helped us find a way to make an area rug at an affordable price that will work well for our family. He was upfront and honest about everything.

We’ve made four major purchases from Carpet Values in the last 18 months, buying luxury vinyl plank flooring for a duplex apartment, then the second apartment, for our home, and now for our new home. We’ve been very pleased! They have a huge selection, and they know their products. Further, they always try to give you a better price than others, especially when you’re a repeat customer. We’re doing our current home renovations in phases, and we only need half of the flooring right now. Carpet Values let us purchase today (prices are going up) but will store half of it until we’re ready. We worked with David Hux the first two times and Mike Clubb the second two. All of the staff are friendly and efficient.

Wow! Best selection in Missouri, and they can get anything you can find anywhere else, AND it's a better price. We came in to look... Just look... And they had the perfect carpet, very plush, very VERY SOFT, and a beautiful vinyl plank flooring! Super happy! Some of the staff have been there for a while, done be a jerk to them and they'll be fun and friendly!
