Helitech Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

I called Helitech to do some foundation repair at my home in Carthage Missouri. Our foreman Quintan Hadley, and crew Logan Mitchell came in and repaired the foundation , answered any and all the questions that I had. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and no nonsense! Did the work in a timely manner, did a professional job, explained what they did and why. They were respectful of our property and pets. I had four different foundation companies come by for an estimate. After a structural engineer confirmed that I needed foundation work I went with Helitech. Helitech’s Chris Cain gave us excellent customer service, in depth knowledge about his product, and an excellent price. You can also pay with a personal credit card at no extra cost which helped me gain valuable points back with my purchase. The crew was fast and cleaned up everything afterward. Would hire again.

I called Helitech to take a look at a sump pump cause I thought it had stopped working. He said, after looking & resetting the circuit, that it did not need replacing. Jordan Karl saved me from having to spend money replacing the sump pump. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous and I was so thankful for the support that he extended to me. He even saw and resolved an issue associated with my gutter and solved it for me. Thanks to Jordan I didn’t have to spend any money today. If you have a foundation issue or need a sump pump, Helitech is the company to call.

From the initial contact with their rep, Chris, to the last one who left, it was a pleasure to have the foreman, Jose, and his crew working here. From the initial enclosing of the area to be enhanced, to prevent several areas of water issues , to the final process , all beautifully and professionally completed. Most polite and showed consideration for me. They were the most price competitive doing a more extensive repair than others offered. There was damage done accidentally to part of the plumbing. Without any squabbling, they reimbursed me for the plumbing repair . Yes, I would highly recommend Helitech!!
