Carpet Village

They installed carpet on the stairs and landings, and vinyl tile in the kitchen. Dalton and Don were so nice to work with. Will definitely recommend them.

I will never recommend getting Carpet Village flooring to anyone I know. The installation process was a total nightmare and I have had nothing but issues ever since. I have large gaps everywhere in the "floating floor" as they called it (basically the installer didn't measure correctly) and have to use multiple area rugs to cover the eye sores. They did come back out twice to try and close the gaps with glue and tape, but only made several of the areas worse but splintering the planks. On the second visit they told me they could not / would not come back out anymore, so basically they don't stand behind their installations.

Steve was wonderful to work with. I was recommended by a coworker to reach out to Carpet Village. We recently bought a home near by and Steve kindly squeezed us in to get our old carpet out and replace it with LVT plank flooring. They were quick to install our flooring in a few days while we were out of town. I really appreciate the accommodations Steve and his team made for us. The floors look amazing and definitely refreshed our home (before and after pics are shared). I highly recommend Carpet Village for your flooring needs.

It was supposed to be a simple job: cut 1' off both ends of the rug and bind (or so I thought that's what it was called). I call and was quoted one price over the phone to have the rug cut and binded. $3.50/linear foot, so $56. I called back shortly after because I found out the term I should have been using for the rug was "serged" and not "binded." She told me they could do it never mentioning there would be a difference in price - how was I to know? I showed up with the rug and was told by Don it would be more because it was being "serged." $5.50/linear foot, so $88. Don talked to man doing the work and called me back and told me it was even higher than the second price because he has a minimum to do the job. $100!! Just give me one price!!! Stop changing it!!! Absolutely unbelieva

Carpet Village did a great job removing old and installing new carpet in our sanctuary and foyer areas. From start to finish Stephen Dayton and team were professional and helpful.
