I will start by saying that the price is decent. However, I will state that this company does not stand behind their work. I had to call on multiple occasions to try and get someone out to look at a bad seem in my carpet they installed. It took months until I left a message stating I would report to the better business bureau. The gentleman who came to inspect told me the seam was fine and to vacuum across the very visible seam. Months later, I still look down in the middle of my living room floor and am reminded that I pad for this. I would recommend any other carpet installer in the fox valley.

Alexandra was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful working with us to coordinate flooring that would work with the counters we were having installed. She kept us "in the loop" regarding how long it would take for the flooring to arrive, and worked with our schedule for the installation date. We were also updating counters, sinks, and faucets in addition to flooring. Javiar and his team did our installation and they were also amazing. We were so impressed watching a team work together, each one knowing what needed to be done and getting it done. They were very respectful, polite and did a great job cleaning up after the project. I was in need of a quick install of carpet in a unit. He can't right then and had it installed in days to accommodate my needs. The install we've great very happy. Will use then again. Troy was great to work with.

The carpet itself is fine, and the store had a good selection. I wasn't completely happy with the installation crew - they didn't put furniture back in the right place, they opened my screens and did not close them before leaving, they used MY broom, vacuum, microwave. They scheduled me and then did not show up, so I spent the whole day sitting at home. They propped the front door open, even though I have a dog who loves to escape.

Working with Carpetland was an easy process from start to finish. We are happy with the customer service, price, and the fantastic craftsmanship put into installation.
