Carpetland/Carpet One

The sales lady at Carpet One in this facility is only concerned about her commission. She tried to upsell us to a 20 mil when we only needed a 12 mil the gentleman that came out inspected the house and measured the flooring is very professional, but the lady whose name is Shirley the sales lady, very unprofessional does a lot of joking around and kidding, especially when it comes to professional products. We’re supposed to have the service started on one day then she called and said no they’re gonna start on a Saturday then on Thursday they showed up and then 30 minutes later stated that they couldn’t do the job because the carpet had fleas so we had to bomb the house which that’s understandable so we told the lady that if that person did not want to do the job or did not want to complete

Shirley is great to work with and on her game. Thank you, Shirley. We worked with Carpetland/Carpet One for carpet installation and hardwood installation. Shirley helped us find great solutions for what we are looking for, gave us fair prices, coordinated the contractors, and was also on top of things to make sure materials were available and work was being completed. After attempting to find help at other businesses for a floor renovation we chose this company and are happy to report product was delivered timely and installation crew was courteous and considerate of our home. We expect to send them more business soon.
