Greg and his crew could not have been better. My wife and I had just moved to town and bought a house that needed new flooring, but we had no idea where to start. What an amazing experience it was dealing with Carpets by Direct Greensboro. They came out right away to give me an estimate and Greg gave me some great recommendations at the store. Installation was just 2 weeks later and the crew was beyond professional - moved all of my furniture and put it back and cleaned up at the end. I absolutely love my new vinyl plank flooring!

I stopped by Carpets By Direct in Greensboro, NC a few weeks ago. I met Greg the Mgr. with a sample of what color I had a match for what color I was looking for. Didn’t take us long to agree on the swatch. He set installation in a couple of weeks and it is Gorgeous and 2 installers were the best!
