Carpets By Five-Four

Was greeted upon arrival. The wife of the owner was pleasant and friendly. She showed me some material and gave me a fair price. Arraigned for in home measurements, and they arrived as promised. Got a follow-up call as promised, and I am very happy with the communication. There is no pressure on upsaleinng or anything extra . The business is awesome, and I look forward to doing business with them.

Very good work was done on our flooring. The owners were helpful , courteous and prompt. Some follow up service was handled very promptly and professionally. We recommend them.

Not happy with company. Was putting house up for sale and had to beg for quote. Once received they did not have enough carpet. Had to order more. Came in wrong, reordered, truck got lost, not sure where carpet was. Finally received. So they held us up over two weeks putting house on market. Would not use again.

The customer service is the best. We were shown the utmost respect and received fast installation due to a situation. Installers were great and we are so happy with our flooring!
