Tyler bound a giant 14’ by 20’ area rug for us which looked terrific. They cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. Cannot say enough good things about the service from Carpets by Zane! I purchased all new flooring from Carpets by Zane in 2019 for my whole house. I noticed after 6 years, the carpeting in my living room was showing some matting and wear. I contacted Tyler to inquire if there was any warranty with the carpet manufacturer. Tyler contacted the manufacturer (who he no longer uses), and wasn't able to get anywhere with them. Tyler then told me that he would replace my living room carpeting at no cost to me as he wanted to make sure I was happy!! This gesture was incredibly appreciated!! Tyler and Cletus replaced my living room carpeting and also replaced the same carpeting on my stairs to the basement. To say I'm happy is an understatement!! I give Carpets by Zane a 10☆ rating!! Tyler just transformed my bathroom in one afternoon flat! The new floor is beautiful, the previous damage to the floor is repaired, and the cracked toilet is replaced, all in one day! Tyler and Cletus came in, cheerful and friendly, pulled the bathroom apart and put it all back together again far more beautiful than what it was. They cleaned up after themselves so thoroughly you'd never know they were there. I highly recommend the Zane touch! And he stuck to the estimate! I'm really delighted! Reasonable prices, beautiful choices in flooring, fast and professional, and willing to go the extra mile (or 12, if need be) to make sure I was happy. I'm so glad I went with Carpets by Zane.
