I had a real emergency at the resort with a sump pump that quit and renters coming to a lake cabin. They sent James out that very day and he installed a new pump and float and had everything better than before. This is the kind of service you don't mind paying for. Thanks again!

Terrible! No communication. Generac whole house unit leaking oil under warranty. They came out twice and will not work with Generac, even though it is one of their partners. Zero stars if I could. Avoid!

Hoholik did all the electric, plumbing and HVAC when my house was built and did a great job. However, this time I stopped by to discuss a whole house generator. The gentleman at the office took my contact info and said they would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago and not a word.

My furnace needs repaired at my cabin and I'm from the lower peninsula. Called 3 weeks before I headed north again to make an appointment for when I would be there and they acted like it wouldn't be a problem. Called again 1 week before heading north and they had to find my paperwork and then acted like it wouldn't be a problem to get to me. Now I'm up north and they are too busy to get to me while I'm here. I'll try hiring someone else next year when I make it north again.

They installed new furnace 2 years ago. All good. Paid significantly more for extended 10 year service warranty. Had 10 year warranty on furnace parts. Had to have furnace serviced annually for Lennox warranty. Annual service is $140.00 which I paid when installed (in addition to the $400.00 10 yr labor) The first year ( August 2021), they came and serviced and I paid another $140.00 for this year. Called September 2022, and was told, " I'll put you on the list". Called a second time 3 weeks later. They were very curt, telling me that they hadn't been in the area. 6 weeks later, still waiting. My next call will be to the Lennox Corporation. I have 3 friends who told me that they had similar experiences and Hoholik's service is horrible.
