I called to see if they would do a same day installation for me for a last minute urgent carpet change. Steven was able to get me in and they got the old carpet out and new one in, in about 4 hours. The technicians were both wonderful, so nice and helped me move some of my furniture back. They also had to work around a pole that was nailed into the ground that had quite a few things on it that made it very difficult to put carpet around, however they managed to do so with great success. Overall they both did a great job and also made great conversation, very good people to work with .Steven also picked the rug out for me with the details I gave him as I was unable to come down to the shop and he did a fantastic job. Overall 10/10 customer service, 10/10 Installation job and 10/10 pricing q

After a year of calling I’m still waiting for installer Tanner to come & fix my kitchen floor…. 3 tiles are coming up & creating a tripping hazard. This company does not care about customer service, only the $$ I will never use this company again

We had heard about Carpets Plus Color Tile from a contractor friend and we gave them a call. What started out as a simple laundry room floor replacement, our basement flooring had to be replaced as well due to the damage done by a flood caused by a malfunctioning washing machine. We made many phone calls and met in person with our sales associate Susan and Steve, the owner to figure out the best solutions for both floors. We're so pleased with the end results and the fantastic service we received throughout the entire process. Tanner, the installer did a wonderful job with the vinyl plank flooring! We highly recommend Carpet Plus Color Tile!
