Gregory Plumbing & Heating

My wife and I have relied Gregory Plumbing and heating for several years. We found Josh and Jesse very personable and easy to work with. They perform high-quality work and are quite responsive. For example, during this week's cold snap, the control module and flue sensor in our furnace went out. Josh responded after hours and arranged for us to pick up the part. He then came on the weekend to install it ahead of a big snow storm. Gregory Plumbing and heating always goes the extra mile and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

Gregory Plumbing has done a lot of work for me and they always do a good job. They offer good advice and make sure everything is working long term, not just a quick fix. Recently they installed a sump pump in my basement and the price was very fair. Josh and Jesse are very professional and nice. The receptionist is also very kind and goes above and beyond to make room on the schedule and call back. It's a small team but they actually care about their customers which can be rare!

I recently started using Gregory Plumbing and Heating for a small bathroom renovation. I am very happy with the work that was done and the price. The timeframe was also ideal—they are pretty booked up but that is how you know they are good at what they do! Our old plumber retired so I recently started using Gregory for some smaller jobs like a new hose bib and water heater to start. They explain everything well on top of a great value for the price. I had another house that needed extensive work so after the initial smaller jobs, Gregory was trusted with a much bigger job. Sawing out then replacing an old cracked cast iron stack, removed and replaced old galvanized lines, nice new utility sink in the basement after removing the old sink with pipes, new point of use reverse osmosis which is a must have for any house, a few great looking faucets where you have to be a licensed plumber for lineup access, indirect water heater (advised against a more costly tankless style for both installation and annual cost), new toilet with supply and flange

It was a true pleasure to have worked with Josh Gregory and Jesse. I recently bought my first home near Walton, NY and don't really know much about plumbing, and had to deal with a bunch of issues with the existing system. Josh got in contact with me a couple days before our appointment to go through some of the issues and after seeing the photos I emailed him, he did research and came fully prepared to tackle them. Josh and his work partner Jesse came by during a very challenging time (COVID-19) and they were extremely professional and safe, making sure we all had protective gear at all times. They were pleasant, professional and patient with explaining the issues to me and and super efficient in working through them. They were at my home for about 8 hours and solved so many problems. I
