Great company! The install the flooring at a property that i work at. Very little wait time for install. Sometimes it’s even next day. Joe does an amazing job and cleans up before he leaves. Couldn’t be happier.

I set up Carpets Plus to install commercial carpet at local bank. Within months seams started coming apart, They sent a factory rep to do a so called pull test and they blamed the vacumm cleaner. The carpet unraveled in over 100 places, with some of the areas out of reach with the vacumm cleaner. When asked Adam what they could do his answer was what do you want us to do? How about stand behind your product and installation. Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for, but in this and other dealings with them you dont!!!. In my opinion avoid at all cost as i just had the carpet that they installed replaced.

2 Hours late to my house. Didn't know they needed to put padding down. Ended up rushing job to get out of there on time. In the process , damaged my baseboards. Would not recommend
