Carpets Plus of Wisconsin

We recently had our fireplace redone after a poor initial installation during our build process, and we couldn't be happier with the results from Carpets Plus of Wisconsin. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we were satisfied. Michael, Ken and their entire team were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. What really stood out was the team's exceptional attention to detail. They not only corrected the previous mistakes but did so while taking every precaution to protect our hardwood floors and built-in cabinets. The care and craftsmanship they brought to the project have completely transformed our living space. Highly recommend!

Not sure how anyone could have a bad experience with these people, but whatever. In almost three decades, we’ve shopped around and ended up going with them for our first older home and then twice for our newly built homes. Nothing but pleasant staff, excellent product selection, pricing and service.

Joe at Carpets Plus answered all my questions and helped me get my carpet installation date scheduled within a short period of time as I requested. All it took was one phone call with Joe and he was over in 15 minutes and got everything measured up. I stopped in the store, picked out my carpet and a week later Chris had it all installed. Thank you Joe for your expertise and discounts that you gave me. Thank you Chris for getting the carpet installed and all the extra work of taking out the original pad that the previous installers did not take out. After we cleaned up, we found out we need a new vacuum that will have to take care of thick carpet. Good thing Black Friday is around the corner. Lol

The manager was very helpful while we were in the store on 2 seperate occasions. But when we asked them to measure our rooms so we would know the exact sizes of carpets we needed to purchase, they wrote our info down and said they would have someone call us to schedule an appointment the following week. No one ever contacted us. We went somewhere else of course. Would never go back again.
