I went to the competitor first. They couldn't give me prices and said they would call me back and never did. I went to Carpetsmart and told them I was closing on a home and needed the install before I moved in. We scheduled a measure at my walk through. They had the carpet in stock and was able to install a day after closing. The installers were quick and efficient. It looks beautiful and I am so happy! Picked out a carpet on Thursday. They cut it to size and it was ready the following Tuesday. Service was great and sales person was helpful. Explained the difference in carpets to make my choice easier.
