We’ve had nothing but amazing service here. They are very respectful and professional. They have a few toys for kids and are very open and understanding when little ones have to come along with their parents. We have used them multiple times already and plan to use them again in the future. We don’t consider going anywhere else when it comes to our carpet or flooring needs.

My name is Evan Dunlap, I am the construction manager for Servpro of southern Scioto and Lawrence counties. A customer of mine chose carpet plus to purchase material. We were going to front the bill and our customer was told by a carpet plus employee that they would rather the customer pay for the material because our company because is "slow to pay". We have used carpet plus in the past twice and paid with a check both times upon arrival of picking up material. The comment was very rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. Not to mention inaccurate. When the owner of my company spoke with the owner of carpet plus she said that she mixed up our Servpro with the Servpr of Ashland Boyd Carter and greenup and let us know that they were the company that was slow to pay.
