We had an amazing experience with this window installation company from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, but what really stood out was how professional, respectful, and kind the entire crew was. I have three young kids, and they were incredibly patient and considerate the whole time. They were mindful of noise, explained what they were doing when my kids were curious, and made sure everything stayed as safe and clean as possible throughout the install. That alone says a lot about their character and professionalism. They were punctual, honest, and treated our home with real care. EDIT: One month later and the latch in my door won’t even lock, so my door is only staying shut because of the dead bolt at the bottom. I’m not thrilled that I just paid for this door and barely a month later it’s already broken. Either cheap materials or wasn’t installed correctly. When I called someone just said “we’ll have a manager call you.” I had to call back again 2 hours later. No sense of urgency about a main door to my house that’s now not staying shut, which seems like a pretty big problem to me. I would definitely recommend CBS Factory Direct for any windows or door installation. They did a wonderful job with replacing my sliding glass door, big improvement! We replaced our big window, and we love it. We are in the process of replacing all our windows. Just ordered and picked up 2 more. Very easy process and reasonable prices. Replaced windows in a room with antiques. I'm always a little antsy about my antiques. Nothing was even moved except a chair in front of the window itself. Work was excellent, and cleanup was thorough! Very pleased! Will definitely use them again
