I was appalled to hear of the service a friend received not long ago from this company. They need to instruct their workers in how to respond and interact with customers. The rudeness I heard about was beyond!!
The people at this company are rude bordering on hostile and seem to have utter contempt for their customers.
Never called back after leaving message on Saturday night it is Tuesday morning got another plumbing service that replied and was at house with in an hour
