In town for a week, and needed new brakes on my Audi. Called Carr Industries, and spoke with a very helpful fellow (Tom?) on the phone who quickly gave me a full and accurate quote for parts and labor. The high end of the quote was quite reasonable, and they got me in and done the same day. I asked them to check out an issue another shop had flagged (and given me an exorbitant quote to fix), and they couldn’t find an issue. Go figure. 😏 The shop was thorough, transparent, honest, professional, and pleasant. No upsell, no bs, just quality car care with a smile. 10/10 would recommend checking them out for your Audi maintenance needs!
