Tore out and replaced our outside basement access which was collapsing in. Carrega got the work finished in 2 days! They left the area cleaner and better looking then when they arrived! Their crew is efficient, polite, hard working and do a terrific job. They also automatically used the leftover gravel from doing the drainage pipes to fill in bare areas of our gravel driveway which was a plus! The owner Alex responds quickly, gave an immediate (well priced) estimate and stays in communication about when they're starting, how long, etc. The overall experience was great and I will not only use them again for any future needs, but highly recommend them to anyone I know looking to get work done. 3 pics from before and 3 pics after of their great work! I had a very bad experience with Alex and the quality of services from his company Carrega Properties LLC. Last year in October I gave a contract to Alex for my yard work for proper grading and seeing a grass seed on certain part of my yard for proper grading in mid section of my yard. Inested of using the filtered dirt he got the free fill dirt from some construction/excavation company and used that junk soil to level up the yard and the used very light amount of top soil which just washed away with little watering and none of the grass seed grew. Once he completed the job work the very next day the excavation company loader trck came and dumped a whole truck of junk fill dirt in my property which Alex had used that company and he didn't inform that company to stop dumping the soil with a

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on our outdoor project. We had a pavilion installed, and Alex and his crew got the ground ready, built the patio around, and even built the bar for the pavilion. Alex’s team was extremely hardworking, and got the job done quickly. We love our new hangout spot. Would recommend Carrega Properties to anyone.

We had a patio and a fire pit built and Alex and his team were incredible! They finished the job quickly and were tremendously articulate throughout the process.
