A complete ripoff, I can’t believe they use the Carrier name. I told them what the problem is, a couple of leaks on the two unloaders, they want to charge over $2000 plus travel expense to come in to tell the same thing that I have a couple of leaks. That is on top of the actual repairs. I will contact Carrier to see if they stand behind this kind of price gouging .
Trying to buy (2) 30-ton package units, Spoke to DEREK who was incredibly rude. Wouldn't quote me without berating me for information. Spoke to daikin right after, they won a $150,000 sale for the package units.
