The company is great but they have no phone # listed on google for this location and is really inconvenient
Tyler (inside sales) and Brent (remote sales) are both top notch in product knowledge and accuracy! Any time I order parts or equipment, these guys never disappoint. I just wanted to give them props because in this industry, HVAC contractors rely on their distributors to be on point to keep customers happy! Thanks guys!
Had an order that was wrong. The job was 2.5 hours away. Called the location. Paul the manager drove the correct part to me. NEVER HAD A COMPANY DO THIS. they always say it is my problem. Not these guys. They stepped up and took care of it. I will use them as much as I can. Screw Lennox, train, and other manufactures!
Tyler, Alex, and the other two awesome guys always take good care of me, and have the last couple of years since going to carrier. Warehouse guy is also awesome, sorry I don't know everybody's names but everybody does an amazing job there. Highly recommend carrier West
