I just wanted to reach out and send appreciation for Carlos who recently completed a lawn service here. He really went above and beyond by checking and testing my lawn for grubs in GREAT detail when I have been having excessive issues with them. This was a standard service appointment and I was not expecting him to do this because it has never been done in the past. He was not aware that I was noticing what he was doing and taking care of things on his own without me approaching him to ask. I really appreciated the extra effort. I have already thanked him directly on that day and told him he went above and beyond, which was very appreciated. It’s great to see that kind of care and attention, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

I’ve never used this company’s services, but my experience with them is already negative because they keep leaving their advertisement stickers on my mailbox. I get more than enough ads in my regular mail, on my phone, and online — I don’t need another company plastering unwanted materials on my property. What is next? Graffiti on my driveway? It feels intrusive and disrespectful.

Keith from Carrier's lawn service was fantastic! Right from the start, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to introduce himself properly. I really appreciated that personal touch. He also made sure to check in with me about the lawn fertilizer application before getting started, which showed his attention to detail and care. When it came to the actual application, Keith was exceptionally thorough and did a perfect job. My lawn looks amazing! It's clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Keith and Carrier's lawn service for their professionalism and excellent service.

Best lawn care service i’ve ever used. My topsoil layer is thin and these guys work miracles. Just met my new technician yesterday and Henry did a great job. It’s nice to know he’ll be our tech all season
