I always love supporting local merchants in my area and CPS didn't let me down. I recently received a water bill that was 4x the prior month, with not add'l water usage. I called CPS and the very next day they sent Luke and Jared out to test for leaks. The guys could have jumped straight into a more expense test with the main box, but instead they were methodically, went water device by water device (ie, sinks, faucets, washing machine, each toilet to see if any of those were leaking - also finding the fittings to my toilets were original to the 1983 house (which I had them replace - for a reasonable price). The last test proved (we hope - havent' received a bill yet) was a leaky toilet. Yet they went ahead and then tested the main controller, first the house then the irrigation system

Called CPS when we couldn’t get water to turn back on at the house. They were quick and fair with their pricing. Everyone we dealt with was helpful!
