We’ve had Carsten Cleaning out several times now. LJ is professional and easy to work with! He was able to be flexible when I needed to reschedule my original appointment, that’s hard to do. Carsten cleaners has been a cleaning my families carpets for over 25 years. They are a wonderful family owned and operated company that does fantastic work. Easy to communicate with, timely, and do great work. We recently adopted an older dog who has been having some issues on the carpets and couch. After the cleaning service those are virtually gone and we couldn’t be happier.

John did an amazing job for a home I was putting on the market. The light carpets hadn't been cleaned in ages. They were dirty, darkened from use and stained in several spots. When he was done, all the stains came out with John's expert speciailized treatment and the carpet looked new and every room had those beautiful patterned cleaning lines for the photos. He even went above and beyond to clean in a way that moved lumpy parts of the carpet to the edges. He offers carpet re-stretching services as well I know for next time. John was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, fast, affordable and kept in touch with great communication. I will use John and Carsten Cleaning every time! Thank you John!

We are happy with our carpet cleaning. It was important for me to hire a local small business and not a national chain or a vendor that subcontracts the work out, so I was happy to pay a slightly higher fee for this. Communication was seamless and the surface was done effectively and efficiently. I would use these folks again in the future.
