Recently reached back out to true shield roofing due to leaking from the rainstorm we had recently. I had previously had work done by them 2 years ago for something similar. They helped replaced a few of our flapper vents on the roof and they did a great job. This time around they diagnosed the issue and did the replacement free of charge due to the issue being something similar to the last time they were out even though it wasn’t necessary for them to do it for free. I was willing to pay but they thanked me for being a loyal customer and it being a simple fix they didn’t bother charging me this time around. I appreciate it especially as we are budgeting for the holidays. Thank you!
