Yesterday I called Carter Electric as my kitchen ceiling lights were not working when I tried the switch. The technician was unable to come then, but Amy made an appointment for him to come this morning. I was totally prepared to wait for sometime, and pleasantly surprised when I heard this. Anyway, kudos to Charlie for fixing my problem! What a nice, personable, friendly guy! Had a meter box fail on one of my rentals and it was 20 degrees outside and we had no heat. I walked into their office and asked if there was anyway they could help me. The lady up front went and got Jonny and he was amazing. He got the permits and knew the inspectors and made it all happen. Jonny was there all day till 4:30 in the cold and made sure everything was up and running before he left. I can't say enough about this company.

I called Carter at 1230 on a Friday afternoon and they had a tech out to my house in an hour. Josh did great work and he was very professional. They fixed my problem at a fair price also. I will definitely be using them for any electrical work in the future

100% recommend Carter Electric for ALL your electric needs. We had them come to look at our electrical box and see if we could get it all straightened out due to a different person removing a fuse box and replacing it with a breaker box and breakers. Well it was not done correctly and we could tell due to many things going on in our home randomly shutting off and not coming back on.
